Here are the three layouts that I created with the new Zva Creative Summer CHA releases. I

Beautiful blue pearl and crystal flourishes, leaves and can you believe that crystal butterfly? That one's my favorite. The little blue and white roses came in a little bundle together. I had a lot of roses left over for future use too.

Other Zva Creative products used:

Aren't the crystal trees adorable on this one? Love them!

My baby and I. More crystal and pearl butterflies.

Montana Fun: Part 1

I had a few "favorite days" while I was in Montana for nearly a month. My good friend from high school, Amanda, threw a BBQ at her house a few weeks ago. Her BBQ was one of the funnest times that I have ever had! Lots of our friends from high school came, along with some of our other friends too. Here are some of my favorite photos that we took through out the night. Let me apologize for my messy hair in advance! heh.

This is Amanda and her boyfriend, Tim. They have been together for years. It's adorable, they're the best.

This big furry thing with the face on it is a muff. It's made of some kind of dead animal, gross. Our friend, Holly, found it in some thrift shop in Minnesota and gave it to Amanda for Christmas, haha! It's such a "Holly" kind of gift to give. She is sooo goofy if you knew her you would totally get it. We had fun throwing the thing at people all night, everyone thought it was disgusting, it was great!

Of course we had to pose with the nasty muff a little bit, it's what we do.

Holly, Amanda and me.

Holly lives in Minnesota with her fiance now so we don't get to see her very often anymore. I was so excited to find out that she was coming to visit Montana during the time that I would be there.

Here's Amanda and Tim's pet ferret, Philipo. This is a photo of him chewing on his "Great Grandfather", lol! The mink scarf (or whatever kind of animal it's made out of- we thought it looked like a ferret!) was another nasty thrift shop gift that Holly gave to her sister.

We had such fun goofing off ALL night, telling old jokes from high school. I don't think I stopped laughing for about 5 hours strait!

Holly's daughter, Jamie, who's almost SIX was there too! I cannot believe how big she is!! It had been almost two years since I had seen her last. It made me sad how I used to change her little diapers when she was a baby and she didn't remember me. Sighhh. It sucks when your friends move away or when you move away from them. She is just the cutest thing though, she acts SO much like Holly! Alex and Jamie played all night. We think that they got along so well because Jamie is just like Holly and Alex is so much like me. Of COURSE they would get along! :)

I Love Scrapbook Circle!

Have I ever talked about how much I LOVE Scrapbook Circle's kits? Of course I have, but I'm going to say it again. Lisa is the MASTER of putting kits together. Everything coordinates perfectly and I always find myself so inspired and putting layouts together with ease. Need proof? I made three of these layouts in four hours yesterday- which is a pretty incredible thing for me to do!

The kit just went up for sale to make sure you can get your hands on one while supplies last!

I'm Baaaack

I'm so excited to be home. I was supposed to be home yesterday but minutes before we left for the airport I got a call from the airline. Something was wrong with the plane leaving Montana. My choices were to fly to Salt Lake City, stay overnight and catch a plane to Oklahoma in the morning or reschedule and leave the next day. Yeah, I'd rather stay in Montana for another night than going through the hassle of staying in a foreign town overnight thank you very much! I was a little bummed because after 3 1/2 weeks of being away from John and my animals I was missing them like crazy! We finally made it home this afternoon though. Being at home is awesome but a little surreal at the same time, I'm so not used to being gone for such a long period of time! I don't think I'm going to be able to leave for such a long period of time again.

A couple little things that have made me super happy today:

I'm so glad to have my super fast internet and my OWN computers again.
I love that my cat is following me everywhere again.
I love that my dog didn't forget me :)
I had no idea how much I would miss hanging out in my own house.
I love that I got to hang out in my scrap room again after Alex went to bed.
I love that John, Alex and I chilled in my OWN backyard all afternoon today.

Those are just a few things that I found thrilling today. It's kind of funny how to small things that are usually taken for granted mean so much more when you don't have them for awhile!

Tidbitz In Time July Layouts!

Hi from from Montana! Things have been super busy and fun around here. Alex and I are having a blast catching up with my Mom, John's Mom and our friends. I've hardly had a chance to sit down since I've been here! I wish I could share all of the pics that I have taken so far but unfortunately I forgot my camera cord and I don't have photoshop access so I'm going to have to wait until I get home.

However, I have all of my Tidbitz In Time July kit layouts to share! I loved this kit so much, it was so easy to work with. The Pebbles Inc papers that came with this one have now become some of my new favorite patterned papers!

Sarah and I during her trip to Oklahoma a couple months ago.

Do you recognize this guy? It's Nich, Melissa Wilson's son! :) Isn't he adorable? I loved getting to scrap him!

Could you tell how obsessed I was with cutting all of the red, green and yellow flourishes and flowers out of the Pebbles Inc papers? They were the perfect embellishment on every page!

I went a little crazy with my sewing machine on this card. :)

Thanks so much for taking a peek. Now Alex and I are off to go have dinner with friends. We've been hitting up all of our favorite Montana restuarants since we've been here. We're having some Mongolian tonight. Take care!
