Bueno!

Hi All! How's everyone doing?? It's raining ice here, ew. The city has issued a "State of Emergency" already, telling everyone not to leave their homes if they can help it. I plan on staying home for the next few days, no way am I driving on icy roads if I can help it! I went to the grocery store to stock up yesterday and it was packed! Everyone had the same idea that I did.

I've been working on some cards today. All of a sudden I have been in a card mood again!

The Bunnies

I wanted to jump on here real quick to share my cute crochet bunnies! :) I learned how to make these from a pattern I found on a blog that Bekka showed me, thank you Bekka!! :)

These are my favorites:

Since I haven't blogged in forever, here are some layouts that I've made recently! :)

This last one is the third layout that I will be teaching everyone how to make during my Valentines Day class at Paper Crown on Feb. 6th. :)

Hello hello!

My mom left to go back home to Montana on Thursday. That was one of the toughest things I've done in a long time. I already miss her so much! I'm such a big baby, lol! I'm going to try to wait a couple months before I go to Montana to see her again but I don't know if I'm going to be able to manage to wait that long! :)

Since my Mom's been gone I've been trying to stay busy.

I made these layouts for a Valentines Scrapbooking Class that I will be teaching at Paper Crown on Feb. 6, 1-4PM. If you live in Oklahoma come check it out! I just finished the 3rd page for the class as well but I'm going to have to wait for daylight to take a photo of that one.

First Blog Post of the New Year!

I've been having a blast with my Mom here! I can't believe how much time has gone by, she's leaving on Sunday. I'm dreading the day she leaves, I wish I could stop time so she would never have to. We've done lots of shopping, lots of crafting, lots of chatting, I love it! I'm taking her out today to all the bead stores and art shops in town. I'm still working on making her love it here. I think after she sees the abundance of art around town she'll be hooked! I hope. :)

John's sisters and little niece came for a visit this week too. John's niece, Sarayha, is three and she and Alex get along so well. I wish she lived closer so they could be together more often.

While hanging out with my mom we've been crafting together.  I was able to get my Christmas cards finished!  Better late than never.

Can you tell that I used MISTING on them? I have jumped on the Tattered Angels bandwagon, finally!
