I also made a layout that I am going to showcase at the fair to show everyone how easy it is to use the flowers as scrapbook embellishments. Then after the craft fair this layout is going to be framed on my wall at home, because it's one of my favorite pics everrr....

OH and I meant to write about the "milk incident" in my last post. The "milk incident" is the reason why I haven't been online too much this past week and a half. It was a nightmare!! So... a couple weeks ago John, Alex and I all decided to take a nap after a long morning of running errands. When John and I woke up Alex wasn't in bed with us. John went out in the living room and yelled "Oh Alex, you didn't!" I ran out there and saw 2 empty gallons of milk laying in the middle of the living room... Alex had dumped them both on the living room carpet!! John and I sopped up all the milk, used nearly every towel that we had and then shampooed the carpet. We though that would have taken care of the mess. I didn't think anything of it until I Alex and I came home from work a couple days later. Right when I opened the door I was hit with a horrible STENCH! I thought the cat had pooped everywhere or something!! I couldn't figure out what it was for awhile. I checked the litter box and the garbage, neither of them stunk. I finally thought to smell the carpet in the living room and it smelled awful!! I seriously spent like 4 hours shampooing the carpet until I couldn't smell the stench anymore. Once the carpet dried it seriously smelled just as bad as it did before! I tried sooo many things to get rid of the smell... different carpet cleaner, color safe bleach, multiple stain removers, nothing worked!! I was going insane. The smell was seriously making me GAG, I couldn't just chill on the couch or watch TV or anything the smell was bothering me so bad! lol. I finally discovered this stuff online called "Kids and Pets" that had gotten awesome reviews and claimed to even be able to get the smell of skunk out of the carpet, so I gave it a shot. It took NINE bottles of the stuff to clean the carpet, the smell was ALMOST gone. Every day since I've been scrubbing baking soda into the carpet every morning and every night. I can barely smell it now! I'm thinking in about a week the smell will finally be totally gone. I'm relieved that I finally got the smell out.
