Happy Happy!

I finally met my good friend, Sarah's new boyfriend on Saturday! He is SO nice, I'm so happy for her! She found herself a keeper, lol. Sarah is SUCH a great friend, and I'm so stoked that she's been so happy with him lately. Isn't this pic priceless?? :D

I just love nights like this, oh how I wish there were more! hehe.

Also, guess what I just did?? Worked out for nearly an hour! I'm ashamed to say I NEVER do that anymore, and I am SO out of shape!! I'm planning on working out LOTS once we move to Oklahoma, but I had better start now. I feel fantastic though! I'm definitely going to try to work out every day from now on! :)

Happy Sunday All! How was your weekend? Mine was pretty busy. :) We did lots of running around town on Saturday, then I went out with a bunch of friends later, it was lots of fun! We took lots of pics, but they're all on my friends camera. When I get them I'll definitely post them, there are lots of super cute ones! :) Today I went to my moms and had lunch with her, my sister and Alex. That was nice, we don't do that too often anymore. Alex and I went grocery shopping and bought LOTS of good food, it's so nice having a house stocked full of good food, except I want to eat it all at once! hehe.

This week I haven't been very motivated to scrap. There's some weeks that I'll scrap like CRAZY, and some weeks I feel like I have to force myself to scrap something! lol. I've been having a lot of fun sewing and drawing though. Here's a cute felt cupcake that I finished this week:




Then I started to take random pics of fun stuff around the house. Below is an altered block that I made over a year ago, I don't think I ever posted it anywhere. I made it with the KI pet shop collection, every side has pics of Alex on it. :) 

Peeps I love-My Lil House

Sooo, today was incredibly boring!  I think I was just tired because I stayed up so late last night and got up early. Alex and I cuddled on the couch and took a long nap together this afternoon, and I think that put us BOTH in a better mood. Sundays are never the best because I know I have to go back to work the next day, and John's awful boss is making him work Sundays now.
Yesterday was completely the opposite though! LOTS of fun! John, Alex and I went to John's grandparents house for lunch yesterday. His sister and niece came from South Dakota to visit too, so it was nice seeing them. Alex called John's Grandma "Mee-ma" for the first time, which is Alex's language IS "Grandma" so his grandma was thrilled! lol. We went shopping afterwards too, which was awesome!! I got lots of clothes, and John wouldn't let me pay for a THING. I was just a little disappointed though. I really needed some new khakis and brown dress shoes... couldn't find any anywhere that I liked. I bought some shoes online today though, so can't wait to get those babies in the mail! LOVE chunkey heels. I'm not a big fan of all the flats that are popular lately. That's pretty much all I could find at the stores I went to yesterday! I LOVE Mudd and Steve Madden shoes. SO cute and not too pricey. I bought four pairs though... OOPS. lol! Here they are in all their glory:





John's cousin came over to babysit later, and John and I went to dinner and a movie. We saw "Untraceable". Really good movie!! It held my attention the whole time! lol. Afterwards we went to a cute little bar I had never been to before to hang out with two of my fav people, John and John. My three fav guys in Billings are all named John. It gets REALLY confusing hanging out with all three of them at once! haha.

Valentines day was nice- at the end. John and I both had to work. :P I came home to a bunch of flowers and teddy bears on the table, it made my day! John is such a sweetheart! :) I bought him a bunch of clothes, candies, a teddy bear and a bunch of other junk. I arranged it all on the table, decorated it, and painted a big "I Love You" sign and hung it up in front of the door. Then I had to wait until he got home. He LOVED it!!

I made a couple pages this week, including one of my good friend, Holly Terra! Her pics have been sitting on my table for months, and I'm determined to have them done this week! I'm also working on making some cute felt stuffies for her, that's what I've been doing most of this week. AND making a fun surprise for my BFF, Shaunna! :) I'll post pics of them when I'm done!!



Here are a couple pics I took of a few areas around the house a couple months ago. I live in a cute little apartment as of now, and it isn't BAD. When I tell people that I live in an apartment they're like "oh... ew." BUT, it's not that bad! haha. It's just a little small, but works for me for now! I've done the best that I can with it. Bought new furniture and I have lots of pretty paintings. Most of them are from local artists that my mom is friends with. She LOVES paintings and every once in awhile she'll find a pretty one and give it to me. :) She's so sweet! I cannot WAIT until we move in June. John and I have already agreed that I get to do what I want to it. I'm going to go paint CRAZY!! I looove colorful walls! :)

Fun Times!

On Saturday I had my hair cut and dyed by John's mom. She's a hairdresser and the only one I trust with my hair! She dyed it dark red, and I love it!!


Later that night I went out with a bunch of friends, it was nice to get out of the house and have some fun! I picked up Alex from my mom's on Sunday morning and he had been sick all night. :( He has some kind of stomach bug, so we spent most of the day today laying around. The poor guy won't eat anything, I feel so bad for him! I'll have to see how he's doing in the morning. If he's not any better I'm going to have to stay home with him. Not that I'll mind, it's not like I enjoy working very much! haha.

I cannot WAIT until we move to Oklahoma this summer. I'm getting more and more excited about it! John's dad is flying us down there next month to check it out. John's going to go see what he's going to be doing for work down there, and I just found out that his dad is giving me a two day a week job, and I'll be making just as much money as I'm making now full time. Woohoo! All I'll be doing is his invoices at home, so I won't have to take Alex to a daycare at ALL. That's our main concern, I don't like having to take him to daycare, we want him being raised full time by his mommy. :)

Happy Thursday all. :) It's been a great day so far today, besides the fact that I'm at work, lol. Have lots to do today, but I'm taking a little break.

OH, and this was fun! Bucket, from the Magistical Memories DT posted a little interview for me in the Magistical Memories forum. Such fun questions!! Here were my answers:


1. What is your favorite movie? hmm, that's a hard one! I would have to say my VERY favorite that I watch over and over is "Girl Interrupted".

2. What is your favorite drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)? non alcoholic: Sobe Adrenaline Rush energy drinks. Alcoholic: Vodka Redbulls, hehe.

3. Music.. what type of music do you like? I looove rock music. My all time favorite band is Evanescence.

4. Shoes.. what do you like to wear best?: Well... I LOVE heels, but most of the time you'll see me in plain old sneakers!

5. Would you ever work out to the oldies with Richard Simmons? Do you know who Richard Simmons is? YES I do, and I used to work out to him with my mom when I was little! lol!

6. Do you have pets? One black cat named Jewel.

7. What is your favorite color? green.

8. Have you ever been on another DTs? Yes, right now I'm on the paperjamstudio.com and Scapadilly.net DTs, and I'm the DTS of 2 challenge blogs, Style's the Word and Scrapfaith.

9. What is for dinner tonight? I had 2 cheeseburger hotpockets, healthy huh? lol!

10. Burger King or McDonald's? Definitely burger king. I worked at Mcdonalds for awhile in high school and still to this day even the SMELL makes me gag!!

11. Can you sing? I used to sing opera in middle school/high school. I stopped in college when I had my son. I really wish I could get into it again, just no time!

12. Roller coasters? Love them or hate them? I like them sometimes. I'm such a wimp, I'm usually freaking out BEFORE the ride, and afterwards I'm shaking so bad because I was scared the whole time! haha.

Coupons and Magistical Memories

Happy Superbowl Sunday! Ha, jk! :) I'm not a football fan, I didn't watch it. I don't have anything against it, it's just never been my thing. John went to a superbowl party, then he had to come home and tell me allll about the game! I just responded with a lot of "Uh-huhs" and sarcastic "wows" lol!

I had a pretty good weekend. Yesterday I got to go out with some friends for the first time in WEEKS! I was seriously going insane being cooped up at work or in the house. I'm pretty much a homebody, but I like to hang out with people by myself at least once or twice a week.

Today I scrapped and watched a Law and Order marathon all day, so relaxing! I made this layout, it's now posted to the Magistical Memories blog, my first post! Go leave lots of love! haha.


I also finished a mini coupon book that I made for John for valentines day. Here are a couple pics of it, you can see the rest in my gallery. Sorry the pics are so bad, it was cloudy all day today. Please ignore the dirty windowsill too! Guess I haven't cleaned that one in awhile, oopsie! That's the window we open all the time if it's too hot in the house, so it 's always the dirtiest window in the house. :)
